The Team:
Steve Udovich:
Steve is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and works full-time as the Chief of Campus Safety for Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. He grew up in Ridley Park PA, earned his BS at Penn State in 1984, and his MS at the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. He served for 10 yeras as an Active Duty Army Infantry Officer before joining the Army Reserve. His most significant period of service was from December 2004 through September 2005, when he served as an Advisor Team Leader in Northwest Iraq. He completed 43 combat missions while surviving IED attacks and numerous direct fire battles. He earned both the Bronze Star and Combat Infantry Badge while leading a Military Advisor Team tasked to help build the Army of Iraq. He started Warrior Weekend after a visit to Walter Reed Army Hospital in December 2006. Steve enjoys spending time with his two son's Ethan and Adam, is a Life Member of both the VFW and the American Legion, and rides a Harley Davidson 06 Softail.

April Moore: Special Events
April hails from southern California and is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside. She is one of the many professionals that power the software leader SAP. She is proud of her two Penn State Student sons and her beautiful artist daughter.
Helen Franklin: Administration
Helen provides administrative support. She is a long time supporter of various veterans programs.
Frank and Nancy Suplee: Marketing
Frank and Nancy Suplee reside in Seacane, Pa. They have known Steve for over 20 years and are happy to help the Warrior Weekend mission. Frank hails from an "All Navy Family", earned his air crewman wings many years ago, and saw service aboard the aircraft carrier USS Lake Champlain. They have a "boat load" of grand kids and even a few great grand children.
Warrior Weekend provides weekends of rest and relaxation for America's veterans recovering from wounds sustained in the war against Islamic terrorism.
Warrior Weekend seeks individuals and organizations that wish to help.
Specific needs include:
1. Organizations that wish to commit to supporting one or more components for a scheduled mission, (rooms, meals, transprtation) via a fund raiser or donation.
2. Individuas and organizations that wish to donate their time and or complimentary services in support of scheduled missions.
3. Individuals that wish to support the mission through their association in professional organization, (for example: a Police Officer who wishes to help us gain support from a local FOP).
4. Individuals and organizations that wish to help us with fund raising.
